The Gym40 exercise mat is a large 40mm thick EVA foam mat made for general exercise and fitness and ideal for the home or professional gym. Made from medium-density EVA foam, they provide excellent fall protection protection for many activities such as aerobics, gymnastics, cheer-leading, wrestling, grappling, judo and other forms of floor based exercise and martial arts. The mats are easy to use and can be portable or permanent depending on your location. They are easy to install and can be cut to fit any awkward areas. Two removable straight edge strips are supplied with each mat for a perfect finish.
